Shipping policy

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made exclusively to shipping addresses in Austria, Germany, and Italy. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible.

Shipping within Austria is carried out by Österreichische Post AG.
Deliveries to Germany and Italy are carried out by DPD or GLS.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Austria: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €5.90 per order.
Germany: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €11.90 per order.
Italy: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €14.50 per order.

Shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €350.00 or more.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the website of the respective shipping service provider.

If your order is damaged during transport or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the case, this may include, in particular, a replacement shipment or a refund.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of the order. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.
